By accessing Fepzo Now, creating an account, joining as a shop owner, rider, franchise, customer, or admin user, you agree to use the platform responsibly and follow these Terms.
2. Platform Roles
- Customers may browse shops, place orders, manage addresses, and track deliveries.
- Shop owners manage shops, products, prices, availability, staff, orders, delivery settings, and payouts.
- Riders receive delivery assignments, update delivery status, and may share location while online.
- Admins and franchise users manage platform settings, locations, plans, shops, riders, catalog, finance, and support operations.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials, OTPs, API keys, payment keys, and staff access secure. Tell us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders, Menus, and Pricing
Owners are responsible for accurate menu data, taxes, stock, preparation times, pricing, offers, shop hours, and delivery coverage. Customers should review order details before payment or confirmation.
5. Payments and Fees
Fepzo may support subscription plans, commission billing, online payment gateways, cash collection, rider earnings, shop settlements, and wallet adjustments. Fees, taxes, and gateway charges may vary by plan, franchise, country, and payment provider.
6. Prohibited Use
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not interfere with platform security, APIs, payment systems, maps, or another tenant's data.
- Do not use the platform to sell restricted goods unless legally permitted in your area.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but services may be unavailable during maintenance, network failures, payment gateway downtime, map service outages, or events outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms when features, laws, operating models, or business requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
